Day at the beach scenery nice & cozy, home cooked food.delicious
My wife and I completely enjoy the beach house for a great breakfast or brunch. We travel 45 minutes just to get their great food and service. I am a big big fan of a good lumberjack breakfast. So I would suggest the big beach wife and I both had the hot roast beef and gravy. Super outstanding restaurant. Good food. Great friendly service. No other diners around can come close to the beach house. It's that good. Highly recomend
Wasn't impressed at all. I took my family of 5 here on a Saturday morning. Was busy of course but didn't have to wait for a table. We ordered and then waited an hour for our food. We are talking a bowl of oatmeal, eggs, and pancakes. Then turn around and it came to over $60 for 2 adults and 3 kids (2 of which were toddlers). For $40 more I could have eaten the brunch at The Grand Concourse downtown.
Great food.. small but worth the wait !
Always loved it here, great food. HOWEVER we went late on a Sunday. Stood and waited with our name on a list for 25 mins. Then some girl who works there, or is friends with people that work there, walked in ten to fifteen minutes after us skipped us on the list and was seated. At this point we walked out. So disappointing. As someone who has spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, I would never do that in an establishment where I work and more importantly I'm going to think twice about returning to an establishment that allows this to happen.
